The Next Soot Blower Generation „NG9“ by Rosink is characterized by it’s ingenious simplicity. The motor-powered chain-drive moves the blow tube into the boiler with a 360° helical movement and can do completely without an inner tube. Also the packing gland is omitted.

With the special drive of the NG9 Soot Blower it is possible to change the driving speed and thus also the cleaning intensity during operation. The heading speed of the chain drive as well as the pitch can be adjusted any time.

In this way sections with different degrees of fouling can be cleaned more or less intensively. Hence the tubes are protected against too strong abrasion and cleaning intervals can be reduced.
