Patented Water Spraying System RWS
The patented Rosink Water Spraying System RWS also called „wet cleaning“ was specifically designed for the cleaning of those parts of the boiler that have been difficult to access so far. This is especially the case for open passes of incinerators and their platen heating surfaces.
The simple and well-proven cleaning process takes place by means of a 360° water jet and a vertical movement. The special feature of Rosink’s patented solution lies in the fact that the flexible special hose is oscillatingly suspended at the reel above the inlet and moves directly into the boiler without deflection or bend. By means of this pendulous drive the nozzle head is led into the boiler while rotating so that it can be guided with far less friction thus reducing the abrasive wear of the hose. This is the clearly better solution especially in case of curved feed tubes.
It is also possible to retrofit existing plants with the Rosink Water Spraying System without having to perform major modification measures.
The correct adjustment of the pressure, the amount of water and the nozzles makes sure that there is no major thermal loading of the boiler walls.
